Tipis make the perfect setting, allowing you to create a stunning and unique venue for 5 to 5000 guests. From beginning to end our expert team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have about Tipi Hire and make suggestions to ensure your wedding or event is truly memorable.
From our years of experience we have hosted events for all manners of occasions so whether it be a wedding, birthday, corporate event… our fabulous tents, expertise and superb range of interiors and furnishings, will ensure the perfect atmosphere.
We also have many contacts within catering, event organising, entertainment and numerous venues to show- just ask!
After you have decided that Event in a Tent is the company for you and approved the quotation, we will come out to carry out a site visit to make sure that the chosen venue is suitable and have a face-to-face chat with you about your requirements.
Out team will arrive a couple of days in advance of your event to set up the tipis and interiors. On arrival the crew chief will meet with you to confirm the location the tipis are being set up taking any changes and weather conditions into account.
Once the team have finished setting up we will do final checks and show you around the tents and talk you through anything you might need to now
After your event is over, The Crew will arrive on the day and at the time agreed to take down and leave you with just the great memories of your event.
If you wish, for just a little extra we can provide a member of our Crew to be on site during the event to help make sure that everything runs smoothly. They can raise and lower sides as required, tend fires and generally help out.
Our tipis look amazing when bare and simple, they also look stunning when dressed up for a night of celebration too. We have an Aladdin’s cave of extras for hire from tea light chandeliers and French jugs to disco balls and kilner jars to party props and easels. We have a large array of furniture and extras available for hire with out having to hire our tents. A very talented Scottish chappy who makes our high quality wooden furniture and bars that we receive many compliments about. All of our furniture can be driven to site and set up by our staff for you, wherever in the UK you may be.
Standard arrangements when hiring any form of equipment is that the client is fully responsible for all loss or damage. With the value of our equipment on most jobs extending to many tens of thousands of pounds it is, of course, important that the equipment is properly insured.
You are welcome to arrange their own insurance but it is not always easy or cost effective. In these cases we can offer a Damage Waiver in exchange for a fee (calculated as a percentage of the equipment hire charge).
The Damage Waiver means that Event in a Tent Ltd takes the risk of loss or damage to the equipment whilst it is in the client’s care, except that the client remains responsible for:
– the first £500 of any loss or damage
– any loss or damage caused by the client’s negligence or legal liability
– any loss or damage caused by the client’s failure to adhere to any special security arrangements that have been agreed.
