Corporate tipi hire is something that Event in a Tent specialise in.
Earlier this year, we arranged corporate tipi hire for Weber, the BBQ company, using our tipis for training people in BBQ cookery. At first we were a bit flummoxed as to the set up as there were multiple sites and one tipi. It transpired that the crew would follow the cookery roadshow round to their locations setting up and bringing down the tipi as and when it was needed. We went to Knebworth Park, Sandown, Leicester, Taunton and Southampton. A brilliant success by all accounts and the team tried some brilliant food.
Weber were looking for a tipi supplier to help with 5 training venues across the South East, South West and Midlands. When I spoke with Matt and the team at Event-in-a-Tent nothing I asked for was going to be a problem.
For our events we used one of the largest tipis for our outdoor BBQ cooking theatre. We were running hands-on cooking events for 300+ retail staff. In previous years we had used gazebos to cover the cooking area but they gave us zero protection from the elements. With training running between January and April the tipi, with its top vent, gave us the perfect protection from the cold and the wind and any rain.
Matt and the team were very personable and always professional. Will definitely use them again.
